My sister and I dedicated Krystiana and Sofia together in our Mom and Dad's Church this past Sunday.

Sillyliss, A dedication is where you publicly (in the presence of your church body), dedicate your child to God. In the Old Testament, Hannah was barren until Eli prayed for her. She was so grateful to God that she promised to set aside her child for God's purposes. Samuel later became an important part of old testament history. God also blessed her with more children because her faithfulness. When we dedicate our children to God it's like setting them aside for God's purposes before God and Man.
